My kid gave her the lower score these two weeks which mammy could not prevent unfortunately and I feel so sorry to have it happened. He did not have such intention and just playing with the iPad, and he likes Kathleen very much and enjoyed her lessons. She is a teacher with high motivation and good skills in coaching!!
Nothing wrong about her class and it was my fault of giving her less stars due to the above. It was no more than accident.
