I had good discussion on Module 2.8 Business telephone etiquette in Global Business Skills with Fem-san. I explained to her some experience about when I missed the chance to hang up on the customer after I had angered him. I could manage to complete filling the blanks in the Writing part.
I could also reply to the questions on matching each definition with vocabulary words and the questions of filling in the blanks by using the vocabularies.
I enjoyed communicating with her.
